It is a true honor for First Baptist Church Indian Trail to again host the Bailey Smith Real Evangelsim Conference on March 4-6.  Each Year, we have been continually blessed with the presence of the Holy Spirit.  Last year's conference was tremendous.  Many of you have shared with me how God has used these meetings to impact your life and ministry.

For nearly 30 years, Dr. Smith has led these conferences in some of the greatest churches in America.  He has had a profound impact on a generation of pastors through these meetings, encouraging so many who were downtrodden, discouraged and even ready to give up.  The 2015 conference will be his last Real Evangelsim conference as he closes this chapter in his ministry.   We believe it will also be one of the greatest as some of the very best pastors and evangelists in America will be with us.

This is a great opportunity to be spiritually refreshed and encouraged.  I always leave the conference with a new determination to preach the Word without compromise.  People from across the country will join us as we worship our Lord together.

The conference schedule is listed above.  I hope that you, your staff and church will come and worship with us.  We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you and minister to you in any way we can.  If you are coming from outside of the immediate area, local hotel information is listed for your convenience.  Directions to our church may be found on our website, www.fbcit.org.  If you have any additional questions regarding the conference, please contact our church office at 704-882-1005.

Please join us for these days of worship and refreshing.  We would be honored for you to celebrate with us as we express our love and gratitude to Dr. Smith for these many years of great conferences.  May the Lord provide the time and means for you to attend.

Blessing to you all,
Dr. Mike Whitson
Senior Pastor

  Help Young Women Attend!
Shine Scholarship Fund

Do you want to encourage and affirm the young women in your church and association? Do you want to see more young women catch a vision for missions and WMU NC?

If you answered yes to these questions, you can play a part as you invest in the lives of young women. WMU NC wants to be the catalyst “to challenge, prepare and equip young women Christian believers to be radically involved in the fulfillment of the Great Commission.” We are asking each church and association to assist young women by all or part of their way to attend Missions Extravaganza and other events for young women. If you have a young woman in your church or association that would love this opportunity, we encourage you to assist her and bring her to Missions Extravaganza. If not, you can help other young women in NC by sending your contributions to WMU NC, Shine Scholarship Fund, PO Box 18309, Raleigh, NC 27619-8309.

Call 866-210-8602 or visit www.wmunc.org to register online.
